On this 69th anniversary of D-Day, we listen to a message that (then) General Dwight D. Eisenhower sent to Allied Forces prior to the Invasion of Normandy. We also hear part of a KRWG-TV interview with World War Two Veteran Felix Provencio from Mesilla, who shares his memories of landing on a beach in Normandy days after the invasion.

Union Pacific invited business and community leaders this spring to tour their new rail facility by train from El Paso to Santa Teresa, NM. The $400 million dollar project just outside the Santa Teresa Port Of Entry in New Mexico will span over 2,000 acres and be twelve miles long when completed next year.
