U.S. Senators Say Bush's Budget Tight

Las Cruces, NM – Capitol Hill is busily reviewing Presidents Bush's budget proposal for the 2007 fiscal year. The President's budget plan of 2.77 trillion dollars would increase spending on military and homeland security. However, it will cut spending on domestic programs such as education and medicare. New Mexico Group Trying to Beat Global Warming

Las Cruces, NM – Avid Skiers in New Mexico are being forced to find a different pastime this winter, because of unusually high temperatures forcing ski resorts to close early. The State's Climate Change Advisory Group says that's mostly due to global warming caused by greenhouse gasses, like carbon dioxide and methane.
