Las Cruces, NM – During the past three years, six children in Dona Ana County died after being abused. In the final segment of his series on child abuse in the county, KRWG's Bob Mitchell talks with state Senator Mary Jane Garcia. The senator plans to propose two bills at the legislative session that would stiffen the penalties for child abuse.
