Las Cruces Police responded to the 200 block of Three Crosses Avenue Tuesday evening in reference to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash involving injuries.
Las Cruces Police officers responded to the location just after 8 o’clock and learned that an 18-month-old boy was struck by a vehicle. The child was transported to a local hospital for treatment however he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Las Cruces Police officers are continuing their investigation of the incident.
