ACLU of New Mexico Files Suit Alleging 'Voter Intimidation'

Las Cruces, NM – The American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico filed a class action lawsuit Monday, alleging that members of the Republican Party violated the privacy rights of 92 registered New Mexico voters. The lawsuit claims that members of the party illegally used confidential social security numbers to conduct background checks and then distributed sensitive voter information to the press.
