Albuquerque police say a second man has been arrested in the killing of a man whose body was found in a woman's backyard.
Police say 25-year-old Charlie Montoya was arrested Friday morning in the killing of Ray Gurule, whose body was found Nov. 24.
According to police, Gurule was shot during a confrontation between two groups of people and that he died after trying to flee.
Police arrested 30-year-old Billy V. Cordova Tuesday night. He and Montoya are accused of murder and other crimes.
