Amber Alert Issued For Young Girl Abducted In Albuquerque

An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2½-year-old girl abducted in Albuquerque.

Authorities say Denise Tirado was abducted Monday evening by a man driving a white 2004 Cadillac Escalade with New Mexico license plate 44736US.

The girl is described as 2-foot-9, 33 pounds with short brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing grey leggings and a jacket with purple and stripes.

The Amber Alert released by New Mexico State police identified the abductor as Ramiro Tirado but didn't describe his connection to the girl. An Albuquerque Police Department spokesman, Officer Fred Duran, wouldn't release any additional information.

The man is described as Hispanic, 5-foot-9, 155 pounds and with brown eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a black jacket, brown work boots and blue sweat pants.
