A 19-year-old Anthony man was arrested Sunday morning after two girls, both under the age of 13, told their mother the man came into their home through a window and inappropriately touched both of them.
Carlos Ivan Flores, who lives in the 2700 block of Anthony Road, allegedly broke into the victims’ home by opening an unlocked window in the early morning hours of Feb. 8. Once inside, the victims said Flores threatened them with a knife and began touching them.
The victims were able to run out of the room and into their mother’s bedroom, who then called police. Flores reportedly fled through the open window.
Flores was located and arrested. He was transported to the Doña Ana County Detention Center where he is being held without bond on two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor, aggravated residential burglary and aggravated assault.
