Attorney General Pushes for Human Trafficking Legislation

Las Cruces, NM – There is growing concern New Mexico could become the country's human trafficking gateway because every other state on the US/ Mexico border has or is considering a law prohibiting human trafficking. As KRWG's Nazca Warren reports, the state's Attorney General was in Las Cruces last week proposing legislation to criminalize human trafficking in New Mexico.
