Bingaman Seeks Compensation for Damaged Runway

Las Cruces, NM – U.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman (D) has asked top Air Force officials to settle a $2-million claim filed by the City of Las Cruces last November. The claim was filed after a cargo plane carrying equipment for a presidential visit damaged a runway. Stephan Apodaca delivers news from around the region.
