Border Wall's Future Uncertain After Napolitanos Appointment to Homeland Security Secretary
Las Cruces, NM – Opponents of the Department of Homeland Security's controversial border wall project have scheduled a Tuesday meeting in El Paso. As changes loom in Washington, environmental and human rights activists plan to renew their efforts at stopping the fencing. Meantime, doubts are growing that Homeland Security will be able complete the fencing in time for a December 31 Congressional deadline. KUNM'S Kent Paterson has more.
