Ceremony to Break Ground for New City Hall

Las Cruces, NM – Wednesday, the Las Cruces city council broke ground for what will be the local government's new headquarters. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the three story, 117, 000 square foot structure, which will house all the city council offices, is being touted as state-of-the-art and eco-friendly.
