Las Cruces, NM – Monsoon season is around the corner in New Mexico bringing a combination of warm and wet weather ideal for mosquito breeding. The growth in population of this tiny insect can be both a nuisance and a health concern. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, officials are urging the public to check for standing water which serves as an ideal mosquito incubator.
