U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas is back in South Carolina to help raise money for the state Republican Party's election efforts.
The potential 2016 Republican presidential contender is the featured speaker at a GOP luncheon Monday in Columbia.
A ticket for lunch only is $40. Getting a photo with Cruz bumps the price to $100. The money is going toward the Republican Party's get-out-the-vote efforts this fall.
It's Cruz' fourth visit to this early primary state since last May, when he addressed the annual state GOP dinner.
He spoke in April at the Free Enterprise Foundation's annual awards dinner at The Citadel. Last November, he spoke at pastors' policy briefing in Columbia hosted by the South Carolina Renewal Project.
