Deming – A man and a woman are in custody in Deming following a drive-by shooting. Police arrested a 21-year-old Deming man and a 26-year-old Silver City woman.
Police say someone shot at a Deming apartment complex last Friday. There were no reports of injuries. The Deming Headlight reports the man was arrested on nine charges including shooting from a vehicle.
The woman was booked on two counts of shooting at a dwelling or occupied building or from a motor vehicle. Police haven't said why someone was shooting at the apartment complex.
