Doña Ana County Sheriff’s investigators are hoping to speak with a person of interest who might have information related to a recent violent crime.
Investigators would like to question 20-year-old Thomas Nowell, described as five feet, nine inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to drive a large white pickup truck and frequents the South Valley area.
