Difficult Driving Conditions Reported In Northern New Mexico

Difficult driving conditions due to winter weather are reported on some northern New Mexican highways Tuesday morning.

The Department of Transportation says Interstate 25 is snow packed and icy between Watrous and Maxwell, with 2 to 3 inches of snow accumulating in some areas.

Crews are plowing, salting and cindering.
