Las Cruces, NM – On election day, voters in House District 33 voters will elect a new state representative, no matter which candidate is chosen. Both Joni Gutierrez (D) and Sam Palm (R) are looking to replace longtime legislator J. Paul Taylor. KRWG's Katie Goetz has the story.
