Las Cruces, NM – Dona Ana County Manager Brian Haines got the green light yesterday to enter into a professional services agreement between the city of Las Cruces and a consulting firm to develop regional master plan. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the idea is to set guidelines on how future growth in the area will take place.
