Las Cruces, NM – Wednesday, Dona Ana County Commissioners approved a resolution announcing their plan to ask voters to consider passing a mil levy on property owners which would fund the construction of a judicial complex. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, according to county officials a surge in population has created the need for a new courthouse.
