Dona Ana County Commission to Vote on Gross Receipts Tax

Las Cruces, NM – The Dona Ana County Commission approved a resolution today/yesterday to consider implementing a gross receipts tax to support the construction of Spaceport America. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the quarter percent sales tax still needs to be approved by the newly elected commission in January, and go before county voters before being put into effect.
