Doña Ana County Sheriff’s deputies are trying to locate a woman whose son fears her life may be in danger.
Colleen Monk, 47, was last seen on July 8, 2013. Her son reported her missing on July 10.
According to her family, Monk is suicidal and may be on her way to the Los Lunas, NM area or as far north as Santa Fe. She does not have a car and may be hitchhiking or riding a bus.
Monk is described as five feet, two inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and sometimes wears glasses.
