Metropolitan Albuquerque saw a 13 percent drop in pending home sales during November when compared to the previous month. November's decrease in metro Albuquerque came as national pending home sales rebounded and increased to its highest level in more than two years.
Data from the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors shows there were 779 pending home sales in the Albuquerque metro in November.
That's a drop of 13 percent from 900 the month before and a slight year-over-year increase from the 746 sales in November of 2011.
The association says uncertainty for the past few years has caused consumers to delay their decision to buy or sell.
