Santa Fe, NM – Governor Bill Richardson says the state's efforts to fight drunk driving are paying off. The governor said Friday that New Mexico's number of alcohol-related traffic fatalities has fallen to the lowest level in nineteen years. KUNM's Jim Williams has this report.
