El Paso – A hiker from El Paso is recovering after a 40-foot fall on Saturday in West Texas. Juan Navarro broke both legs and his left wrist in the fall at Tanks State Park. Rescuers lifted Navarro out of the rugged terrain and he was flown to a hospital.
