Las Cruces, NM – The historic Plaza Theater in El Paso, Texas has long been a source of entertainment in the Southwest. For nearly seventy years, the theater has added to the rich history of El Paso's Downtown district. Community members are celebrating the building's renaissance with a ten day film festival called The Movies Return presented by the El Paso Community Foundation. As KRWG's Vanessa Dabovich reports, the reopening of the theater is creating a sense of nostalgia for many people, and is offering a new source of entertainment for the region.
