o   Thru Oct. 12 – “Wireless Wizardry.” A History of Radio in the Mesilla Valley - The Mesilla Valley Radio Club celebrates the unique history of wireless radio in our area with vintage & modern radio equipment.

o   Thru Oct. 22 – “36 Views of Baylor Canyon” by Thom Sawyer, featuring graphite & color pencil drawings of Baylor Canyon.

·         Museum of Art

o   The Las Cruces Museum of Art hosts changing contemporary art exhibits, including national, international, juried, traveling and invitational exhibits. The museum runs an extensive art studio class program for all ages.

o   Contemporary Japanese Ceramics from the Gordon Brodfuehrer Collection” An engaging interdisciplinary look at contemporary Japanese Ceramics paired with nature photographs. Continues through Oct. 15, 2016.

o   Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 7-9 p.m., “Coyote America,” a lecture by Dan Flores. His latest book, Coyote America, has been widely praised as both an environmental and a deep natural history of a true American original, the coyote. Mr. Flores’ talk is free and open to the public. He will be available to sign copies of his book immediately after the talk.
