Las Cruces, NM – District 33 will elect a new representative this year - regardless which candidate is chosen - to fill the seat formerly held by veteran representative J. Paul Taylor. As KRWG's Katie Goetz reports, this year's race pits a former party chair against a newcomer to the political scene.
