Las Cruces, NM – Former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson is serving as a board member for LEAP, an acronym for Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. The executive director of the organization is Jack Cole who says the war on drugs has actually increased drug addiction, crime, disease, and death. Cole discusses how the organization wants to change that by creating alternative public policies.
