Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit Filed Against NMSU

Las Cruces, NM – A federal civil rights lawsuit was filed today against New Mexico State University and four individuals, including: former NMSU President Michael Martin, Chair of the Board of Regents Bob Gallgher and former Associate Dean Larry Olsen. The case was brought by five plaintiffs including two minority junior professors whose contracts were terminated earlier this year. KRWG's Evan Woodward has this report.
