Las Cruces, NM – A federal lawsuit against New Mexico State University Head Football Coach Hal Mumme is currently scheduled to begin in Las Cruces on June 25th. The lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties union on behalf of former Aggie football players Mu'Ammar Ali, brothers Anthony and Vincent Thompson, and Jacob Wallace. The plaintiffs allege they were discriminated against and subjected to a hostile environment because of their Muslim faith. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, Las Cruces Attorney Larry White, who's representing Coach Mumme is seeking a summary judgment in the case.
