A 54-year-old Taos man faces a federal murder charge in the shooting death of another man during an altercation at a gas station and convenience store.
A federal complaint filed Monday charges Jorden Medina Jr. in the killing Saturday night of 28-year-old Nicholas Concha of Taos Pueblo.
The FBI said it had jurisdiction to investigate the shooting because it occurred on Taos Pueblo land.
Court records did not list an attorney for Medina.
