Las Cruces, NM – The city of Las Cruces held a ribbon cutting ceremony to inaugurate Dona Ana County's first commercial photovoltaic system located on the roof of the southwest environmental center, or s-w-e-c. The six kilowatt system includes thirty three solar panels.
