SANTA FE, N.M. – Martinez announced Wednesday she had appointed Los Lunas veterinarian Jerald Glenn Cosper, Farmington City Councilor Gayla McCulloch, Albuquerque lawyer Rob Doughty and Albuquerque horse race owner Beverly Bourguet.
The governor re-appointed Ray Willis of Roswell, who has served on the commission since 2006. Willis operates a horse farm.
The commission regulates New Mexico's pari-mutuel horse racing industry.
