Santa Fe, NM – Buzz continues to develop around reports that a grand jury is investigating Governor Bill Richardson's administration after a 2004 financial deal with a California company. Beverly Hills-based C-D-R Financial got nearly 1-point-5 million dollars from the New Mexico Finance Authority for advising on investments the state was making to fund transportation projects. C-D-R has been the target of investigations in other states over allegations that it overcharged local governments on financing deals. As KUNM's Jim Williams reports from the capitol, Richardson isn't answering questions on the matter.
