Hatch, NM – The Hatch community is trying to heal from this week's flooding- devastating the downtown and leaving close to 200 residents homeless. They're digging out, just in time for the Annual Hatch Chile Festival. As KRWG's Jodi Breisler reports, Hatch may be battered, but it's spirit is not broken.
