Authorities say a Hondo woman has been arrested for being in possession of stolen firearms and allegedly firing shots at Roswell police officers.
Police say officers were trying to execute a search warrant on a Roswell house on Monday night.
They say someone inside the house fired numerous shots toward the officers, but nobody was struck.
Police say 20-year-old Josephine Clara Prins was arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of aggravated assault upon a peace officer.
They say Pins also was in possession of multiple stolen guns found in the house and is facing 15 counts of receiving stolen property.
Police say the firearms were stolen from Hondo.
It was unclear Tuesday if Prins has a lawyer yet.
