· The right lane on I-10 Westbound will close between the Resler Drive flyover ramp and the North Mesa Street exit ramp (Exit 11).
Crews will be placing concrete onto what will be the new westbound collector-distributor lanes.
Note: This closure will be implemented on an “as needed” basis, therefore, this closure may be canceled on some days between Dec. 4-9. [No Map]
North Mesa @ I-10

Monday, Dec. 4 through Friday, Dec. 8
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily
· The right lane on North Mesa Street (SH 20) will close between North Desert Boulevard and Osborne Drive.
Crews will be building new roadways that connect to North Mesa Street (SH 20). [Map 1]
I-10 East @ Redd
Overnight
Sunday, Dec. 3
9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning
· I-10 Eastbound will close completely between Redd Road (Exit 9) and North Mesa Street (SH 20).
· The Redd Road entrance ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close.
Detour: Traffic will exit at Redd Road (Exit 9) then take South Desert Blvd to North Mesa Street (SH 20).
Crews will be moving barrier walls and re-striping to shift traffic lanes a few feet to the left. [Map 2]
South Desert

6 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4 to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8
· South Desert Boulevard will close between McClintock Drive and the North Mesa Street exit ramp.
Note: The North Mesa Street exit ramp (Exit 11) from I-10 Eastbound will be open.
Detour: Traffic on South Desert Boulevard coming from Thorn Avenue will be detoured at McClintock Drive. Motorists will take McClintock Drive to Doniphan Drive, then take Doniphan Drive to North Mesa Street. (SH 20).
Crews will be building the new eastbound North Mesa exit ramp. [Map 3]
I-10 East @ Sunland

Monday, Dec. 4 and Tuesday, Dec. 5
9 p.m. each night to 6 a.m. each following morning
· I-10 Eastbound will close completely at the Sunland Park Drive exit (Exit 13).
· The Sunland Park flyover ramp to I-10 Eastbound will close.
· The Sunland Park Drive overpass will close completely in both directions.
Detour: Motorists on I-10 Eastbound will exit at Sunland Park Drive and re-enter I-10 Eastbound at the next entrance ramp. Motorists on Sunland Park Drive should follow the detour signs.
Crews will be conducting bridgework in the area. [Map 4]
I-10 West @ Executive

Wednesday, Dec. 6
9 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning
· I-10 Westbound will close completely at the Executive Center Boulevard exit (Exit 16).
· The Sunland Park Drive overpass will close completely in both directions.
· The Schuster/UTEP entrance ramp to I-10 Westbound will close.
Detour: Motorists on I-10 Westbound will exit at Executive Center Boulevard (Exit 16) and take North Mesa Street (SH 20) to Sunland Park Drive where motorists may re-enter I-10 Westbound. Motorists on Sunland Park Drive should follow the detour signs.
Crews will be conducting bridgework in the area. [Map 5]

Paisano @ Sunland

Monday, Dec. 11 through Friday, Dec. 15
· Paisano Drive (US 85) frontage road will close at the Sunland Park Drive intersection.
Note: Access to area businesses will be open via Constitution Drive and Crockett Street.
Detour: Motorists may access Paisano Drive (US 85) and the I-10 Eastbound on-ramp via Constitution Drive and Crockett Street. Follow the detour signs.
Crews will be building a dedicated right turn lane from Sunland Park Drive to Paisano Drive (US 85). The right turn lane will allow traffic to keep moving while crews work intensely on this corner of the I-10/Sunland Park interchange over the next several months.
The I-10/Sunland interchange will be focus of construction throughout 2018. Traffic backups will be a regular occurrence. [No Map]
