Las Cruces, NM – Every five years, the New Mexico State Water Plan must be updated to factor in any fluctuations in water demand and resource availability. This year the plan will be revised, but before that happens, several public forums are planned to get feedback from residents. KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports.
