Las Cruces, NM – During last year's torrential flooding in El Paso, a major concern for area residents was a water dam in the neighboring city of Juarez, which threatened to burst and inundate the city's downtown region. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, according to the U.S. section of the International Boundary and Water Commission residents do not have to worry about the dam any longer.
