KRWG ALERT: Reward For Las Cruces Stabbing Suspects

By KRWG News

Las Cruces – Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the suspects who participated in the Sunday morning brawl where six people were stabbed and others were beaten.

Shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, Las Cruces Police were called to a residence on the 1100 block of Gunsight Peak Drive where six young men were stabbed after several fights broke out during a Halloween party. One of the suspects in that incident, 21-year-old Pablo Guillen-Pinales, was arrested Sunday and is charged with four counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Las Cruces Police detectives believe other individuals were involved in the multiple fights that broke out after a resident of the home tried evicting several unwanted party-goers, including Guillen. After words were exchanged the brawl spilled into the street where Guillen stabbed four young men.

Some of the guests who attempted to aide stabbing victims were themselves assaulted with knives or beaten with iron pipes.

None of the injuries were considered life-threatening.

If you have any information on the identity of the suspects involved in this incident you are asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or send a tip via text message to LCTIPS (528477).

The Crime Stoppers number and text messaging services are operational 24 hours a day and you do not have to give your name to collect a reward.
