In LA, Many Latino Children Are Missing Out On Preschool

A new report from the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development finds the United States ranks poorly among developed nations in the number of 4-year-olds enrolled in preschool. In Los Angeles, it’s mostly Latino kids who are missing out on early education. Deepa Fernandes from KPCC reports.
