University Avenue from Telshor Boulevard to Jack Nicklaus Drive will have lane closures beginning immediately. The closures will be in effect for approximately ten days for milling and overlaying asphalt pavement on University Avenue.
The closure will not affect any RoadRUNNER Transit routes. Motorists wanting to avoid possible delays should seek alternate routes. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained during construction.
In addition, Locust Street from Rentfrow Avenue to University Avenue will have intermittent lane closures beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 30. The closures will be in effect for approximately seven to 10 days for milling and overlaying asphalt pavement on Locust Street.
The closure could slightly affect RoadRUNNER Transit route #30. Motorists wanting to avoid possible delays should seek alternate routes. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained during construction.
