Las Cruces After School Program Registration

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department will be accepting registration applications for the After School Program for the 2013 spring session at Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 Hadley St., from Monday, December 17th thru Saturday, January 5th, for current participants only (if site is at capacity). Any slots not paid for by the registration deadline will be opened to the public on the 7th and remain open until the site is filled.


The following schools sites (60 participants per site) for children from Kindergarten through 5th grade are: 


·         Alameda Elementary

·         Hermosa Heights Elementary

·         Fairacres Elementary

·         Highland Elementary

·         Monte Vista Elementary

·         Valley View Elementary.


Cost per child is $352 for the spring session and only partial payments of 50 percent will be accepted for a maximum of 30 days. A copy of a birth certificate per child must be provided at the time of payment. If full payment is not made by the specified deadlines, the participant’s placement will be forfeited. Acceptable payments include cash, check, money orders and major credit cards (VISA, Discover or MasterCard). Debit cards will not be accepted.
