The Las Cruces Sun-News reports that three digital billboards in Las Cruces will seek information on the June 1994 killing of 43-year-old Robert Rocha.

His nude body was found next to his pickup in an area where relatives say he was scouting locations a niece's going-to-college party.

The billboard displays about Rocha's killing are being sponsored by Las Cruces Crime Stoppers. Rocha's family had approached the nonprofit as the 20th anniversary of his death nears.
