The City of Las Cruces has installed a new, drive-up utility payment drop box in the parking lot between City Hall, 700 N. Main St., and Branigan Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave.
The drive-up box replaces the walk-up receptacle that was removed after it was vandalized.
“The utility payment drop box is a popular and convenient method of payment for customers of Las Cruces Utilities. So instead of replacing the walk-up box, we made it a drive-up box. Now, customers don’t even have to leave their car to pay their city bill,” said Robert Scaling, treasurer for the City of Las Cruces. “
Other utility payment methods include:
- Mail: Make checks payable to City of Las Cruces. Use return envelope or mail to P.O. Box 20000, Las Cruces, NM 88004.
- In Person: City Hall, 700 N. Main St., Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pay at cashier’s window or use the inside drop-box.
- Online: www.las-cruces.org and click Online Bill Pay.
