Las Cruces Police Need Help Identifying Woman who used Stolen Credit Card

Las Cruces Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information that helps identify a woman suspected of using a stolen credit card at Walmart.

Las Cruces Police investigators learned that a home on the 4100 block of Council Oak Road was burglarized during the early-morning hours ofSaturday, July 22. Removed from the home was a purse with several credit cards.

Investigators learned that one of the stolen credit cards was used later that day at the Walmart store on Rinconada Boulevard. Surveillance video from the Walmart store shows the woman who charged more than $840 on the card.

The woman was seen leaving the store and boarding what appears to be an early 2000’s Chevrolet pickup with an extended cab.

Anyone with information that can help identify the woman, or the Chevy pickup, is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

The Crime Stoppers number is operational 24 hours a day and you do not have to give your name to collect a reward.
