Las Cruces, NM – In the waning hours of the 2005 legislative session, New Mexico's representatives are scrambling to get their bills to the Governor's desk. New Mexico Public Radio's Tom Trowbridge reports from KUNM in Albuquerque that the pre-kindergarten initiative and ignition-interlock bill will likely pass both chambers.
