Las Cruces, NM – The United State's Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission plans to begin improvements to the Dona Ana county levee system in the coming weeks. As KRWG's Sarina Turnbull reports, that means some residents living along the Rio Grande may not be required to pay for flood insurance.
