"Life In New Mexico" Film Project Now Taking Submissions

  SANTA FE –The New Mexico Film Foundation, in partnership with the New Mexico Post Alliance, Friends of Film, Video and Arts, and the New Mexico Tourism Department, is now seeking submissions from the New Mexico public to complete a media project entitled “Life in New Mexico.”

New Mexico residents are invited to submit 3-minute video clips about living in New Mexico from the mundane to the spectacular.  All types of video will be accepted but must meet content requirements.  Video from people of all walks of life in New Mexico is of interest.  The accepted videos clips will be given to participating professional post production companies in New Mexico for them to compile in order to promote their expertise and abilities in editing.  Basic guidelines are as follows:

-Must be a NM resident to enter a video.
-Video must be no longer than 3 minutes.
-Family friendly content.
-Upload your video to Youtube, Vimeo or some similar video sharing platform.
-Fill out the form available on the New Mexico Film Foundation website here:

-Deadline for submissions is Midnight March 31st.
If your video is selected you will be notified and given further instructions. You will be asked to provide your original files, so remember where you have saved them on your computer, phone, tablet or harddrive.
